You understand that you are providing your information to alpracing.com and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for administering and communicating with you about ALP Racing and the alpracing.com promotion you are participating in.

 

1. The prize consists of 1 X 2018 season ALP Racing Jacket. There is no cash equivalent or alternative.

 

2. The prize is subject to availability. Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with equivalent or greater value if reasonably necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Prizes are provided by ALP Racing. All prizes must be accepted as offered and are strictly non-transferable.

 

4. The prize must be redeemed within a month of the winner being notified.

 

5. To enter, simply visit our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/alpracing/ and follow our competition instructions.

 

6. Automated / bulk entries and entries from third parties, or consumer groups will be disqualified. Each user can enter with a like or comment only. Both will count as two entries.

 

7. Entrants must be UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland), at least 14 years of age.

 

8. Illegible entries or those not made in accordance with the rules will be disqualified. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are incomplete, invalid or fail to be properly submitted including any internet/website availability problems.

 

9. The competition will commence on 20th June at 5pm and closes on 4th July at 5pm. The competition can be closed at any time without notice and entirely at the discretion of ALP Racing. In this event, the website will be updated to advise notice of the competition being closed.

 

10. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into including in the event of the competition being closed.

 

11. Winners will be notified by e-mail OR Facebook within 7 days of the Draw being made.

 

12. The Winner may be required to participate in reasonable press or PR activity related to the Competition but no personal information will be disclosed without the winner's permission.

 

 

13. We will never release your personal details to any company outside of ALP Racing for mailing or marketing purposes.

 

14. Entry into the Draw is your acceptance to receive notification of all and any future ALP Racing offers via e-mail, SMS text message, post or telephone call. This notice is compliant with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. You may unsubscribe from such communications at any time by e-mailing your name and address to info@alpracing.com.
